YOU NEED MORE
You want to be a physician assistant, and serve your community. However, no one prepared you for the challenges you’ve had to face as a person of color pursuing medicine. The truth is, you haven’t felt supported and don’t see many people who look like you in the profession. It’s not all in your head! People of color make up a third of the U.S. population but only 12-13% of the PA profession. Without representation, mentorship or a roadmap, many BIPOC students feel like outsiders who can not acquire membership into this exclusive club.
WE BELIEVE THAT

Simple at its core, profound in its impact, our mission is to support PAs of color, diversify medicine through advocacy and education, and empower diverse patients through representation.
Our resources for prePAs, PA students, and PA-Cs includes open discussion forums by topic, courses, lectures, employment and educational resources, and so much more.
We use a multifactorial approach when working with schools and universities to increase diversity in the PA profession. Our services include admission, retention, and growth strategies to increase the presence of minority students.
We connect individuals and organizations who share our interest in diversifying medicine through in-person and virtual events.
